PRE ORDER JACKETS
We have a strict EXCHANGE policy only. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you parcel was received. So if 14 days have gone by since you received your item then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We are very strict on this time frame and unfortunately no allowances will be given and your item will just be returned straight back to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item/items must still have the tag attached. All returns must be returned by a signed for trackable postage with proof of return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale & Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged within 14 days. Sale & Promotional priced items (used with a discount code) have a 7 day returns/exchange window. If you item is returned outside of this time frame we will not be able to offer you an exchange and your item will be returned back to you. We do not offer any allowances for this and are strict on the time frame period.
Please make sure that you include your order information inside your parcel so that we are able to process an exchange. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, your item will then be passed over to the returns team to be tested for a manufacturing fault. If we agree that your item has a manufacturing fault then we will either replace or refund you for your item. Please allow for upto 14 days for this process to be done.
Items bought in Sample Sales are one-off items and as such are not eligible for refunds, exchanges nor credit notes. This a very strict policy and once purchased you agree to this terms of sales for Sample Sale pieces.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns: You should clearly mark the package as a ‘Return’ and state the value as £50 GBP or under. Failure to do this will result in excess duty/tax that will be deducted from your refund.
Returns On DRESSES. TOPS. BOTTOMS. PLAYSUITS (everything but Made to order jackets)
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange and you item will be sent back to you!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange you will need to send the other item back for a refund and we order your new size.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
